The Dealership Receptionist role - In most instances you will be the first contact the customer has with us so it is vital that the right impression is given. The role includes:

Answering the telephone, connecting calls internally, helping and taking messages where necessary.
Welcoming our customers and directing them to the appropriate departments
Assisting with administration work as required.
The successful candidate will need to have a friendly and outgoing nature, good communications skills, a high attention to detail and be of a smart appearance.

Excellent customer service is a priority and previous experience in reception or dealing with customers is an advantage. A good level of computer literacy (including email, Word & Excel) is essential.
