The smallest, the C255 has PPL plywood sides, the Cargo 1300 has a full Polyester Body, and the rest of the range having anodised aluminium planking sides walls. The Roadster C300, Roadster C500, Roadster C500XL, Roadster C700 and the Cargo 1300 come as standard with the clever 2 in 1 rear ramp/van door combination which gives you a trailer with a loading ramp or hinging opening door and the unique Pullman Suspension System as standard.

Debon’s signature car-like, coil spring and gas strut Pullman 2 Suspension system offers industry-leading lowered floor height and exceptional handling qualities. This mechanism means that imperfections in your travelling routes are effectively absorbed, significantly reducing trailer movement and ensuring the safe travel of your cargo. All the box vans have galvanised chassis, and extensive use is made of aluminium in the main framework for lightness and longevity. The aerodynamic one-piece polyester roof and nose cone also add to the ease of towing.
